Purchases

When you place an order to buy a mirror, you agree to provide accurate and complete information (including payment and delivery details).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If you place an order before a price change, you will be informed and may choose to proceed or cancel.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors,or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

Rentals

Mirrors can be rented for a specified period agreed upon at the time of booking.
A security deposit may be required. This deposit will be refunded after the mirror is returned in good condition.
Customers are responsible for any damage, scratches, cracks, or loss of the rented mirror. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit.
Late returns may incur additional charges.

Delivery &Collection

Delivery and collection services are available across Kuwait. Fees may apply depending on location. Costumers must ensure clear access for delivery and collection.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional charges may apply. 

Care & Responsibility

Customers must handle all mirrors with care. Mirrors are fragile and should not be exposed to rough handling, moisture, or unsafe conditions.

 Mantharakw is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse of the mirrors after delivery.

Accounts & Payments

Customers may be required to create an account to complete purchases or rentals.You are responsible for safeguarding your account and payment details.
Payments must be completed in advance through the methods provided (credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, where applicable).

 

Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, photos, and content on Mantharakw’s platforms remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

 

 Limitation of Liability

Mantharakw is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses, including missed events, delays, or personal injury caused by the misuse of our products.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of Kuwait.

 

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

Return & Refund policy 

The return and refund of goods are governed by Article 10 of Law No. 39 of 2014 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations. In accordance with these provisions, the item in question is deemed a custom-made product, designed specifically at the consumer’s request.

Article 25 of the Executive Regulations stipulates that the right of return, replacement, or refund shall not apply to goods whose nature does not permit their return or exchange. Moreover, Article 27 of the Executive Regulations provides that the consumer’s right to return or refund goods does not apply to items manufactured based on specifications determined by the consumer.
